  • All live animal shipments will be sent through FedEx using Ship Your Reptiles Monday thru Wednesday. Shipping cost is generally factored in and already included in the total price listed unless stated otherwise. Shipping prices are based on weight, package size and zip code. I'm from Illinois and do not ship animals out when the temps are over 90F or Below 40F. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, true to sex and feeding. Live arrival is guaranteed. If there is are issue's with the animal you must contact me within 24 hours of arrival and provide proper evidence and I will do what I can to correct the issue.

    I prefer Hub to Hub shipping and this is for the safety of the animal and my small business. Residential shipping is done on a case to case basis if all conditions are perfect and I will require a signature to receive the package, this is to protect me from scammers. If a package is shipped to a residential address instead of hub to hub, and the package is delivered with proof of delivery through the tracking information and signature, but you claim the package is lost or stolen I will not provide any refund. Once the package is delivered with proof, I am no longer responsible for the location of that package, I am only responsible for the health of the animal and labeling it properly.

  • I offer 30 day payment plans on purchases of $500 up to $850 and 60 day payment plans on purchases of $900 or more. All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Animals will be shipped after balance is paid in full. In cold weather, when I am unable to ship, I may extend payment plans of $500-$850 purchases from 30 days to 60 until weather is warmer for shipping.

    If the full payment is not completed within the specified time frame of the payment plan, the sale will be closed and I will contact you. The 25% deposit will not be refunded, but I will refund any other amount that was paid beyond that. Unfortunately, this is a hard rule because I cannot hold animals forever, I cannot take small payments for months and months while caring for animals that I intend to move. Please be sure you can complete a purchase before taking on a payment plan. Ask your wife or girlfriend, husband or boyfriend, or partner if you can buy a boa BEFORE putting one on hold.

  • As long as temperatures are between 40F and 90F, animals will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery. I ship animals Monday-Wednesday to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Please message me with your zip code to get an accurate shipping quote and your phone number for the shipping label. I ship through ShipYourReptiles.

    If weather permits, I will ship directly to your door although I prefer to ship to a hub for pickup. This is for the safety of the animal and reduces the amount of overall stress the boa will experience in transit. shipping to your home address means the package will ride on the mail truck and exposed to whatever weather conditions there may be longer than it has to. when shipped to a FedEx hub, the package will sit peacefully in a temperature controlled room until you pick it up at your own convenience. I also avoid shipping to residential addressees whenever possible due to scammers abusing the system. I do things a certain way to ensure the animals are safe and I do not suffer from scammers

  • If at any time there is a complication with the shipping company (FedEx) and the animal does not arrive within 24 hours of the estimated arrival time, the live arrival guarantee becomes null and void. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer will receive a store credit for the cost of the boa minus the shipping so long as insurance was asked for on the shipment. this is in line with Ship Your Reptiles terms and service regarding lost or delayed packages and insurance.

    (DOA should be documented and reported to me within 1 hour of signed delivery) Store credit may be used at any time, it never expires. (Photos and/or video proof of DOA will be required before a store credit is granted, no exceptions)

  • I might!

    I am interested in boas only at the moment. I may also trade for equipment such as high quality thermostats, heat panels, PVC enclosures, or rack systems. message me with any trade inquiries and we can discuss further.

  • I use print on demand companies to produce and ship my merch (clothing, mugs, stickers, and prints) I create the art and designs and they handle everything else to get the product to your door. Occasionally, I will be selling premium products that I hand make or personally prepare myself. Examples of these things may include but not be limited to high quality Giclée art prints, sculptures, and the original art pieces themselves.

  • I offer free shipping on my merch items that are being produced through print on demand companies. Because they are print on demand, it may take longer than a week for your products to arrive, they are created only when you pay for them. This cuts down on waste.

    For premium merch products I am producing myself such as sculptures, art pieces, or any other products listed as premium, I will ship them myself and base shipping on weight of the package through FedEx or USPS

  • If you receive a damaged product from my print on demand merch store or a package is lost, contact me so I can report it to be resolved.

    Damaged or flawed products require photo evidence to file a report, so send me photos of the damaged or flawed goods if that happens. Your product will be replaced free of charge or a refund will be issued if proof of damages or flaws are provided

    Lost packages can also be corrected, lost package claims should be made no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. First I must confirm that the address provided by you was correct, and that tracking data shows it was never delivered. I will replace the item/s free of charge in those cases or offer a refund if that’s what you prefer.

    If the package was delivered but stolen from your porch/mailbox, I cannot replace items like that for free unfortunately, that is in line with the terms and services of the print on demand companies I use.

    For premium products I am producing and shipping myself, I will refund or replace damaged goods with proof as well.

    Refunds will only be provided to damaged, flawed or lost goods.
